Rotherham town centre workers ‘tied up and robbed’ this morning

TWO amusement arcade workers were tied up and robbed this morning (Thursday).

Police were called to the robbery at Admiral Casino on Effingham Street, Rotherham, at 5.27am

“It is reported that an unknown man tied up two members of staff and robbed them of their belongings,” said a police spokeswoman.

“The victims are being supported by officers and extensive enquiries are ongoing to identify the man.”
