A 31-year-old Doncaster man arrested on suspicion of murdering a Rotherham bakery worker has been released without charge.

He had been helping police with enquiries about the death of Polish-born Agnieszka Dziegielewska (30) in her Swinton flat.

Another man, Hossein Abdollahzadeh, of Maple Road, Mexborough, appeared at Sheffield Crown Court on Friday charged with murder.

The 32-year-old is yet to enter a plea and was remanded to appear again in April.

Ms Dziegielewska came to the UK four years ago from Bialystok, north-east Poland.

She was found drowned in her bathroom at Horsefair Close, off Temperance Street, on Thursday, January 28.
