Rotherham man charged with Sheffield father’s murder

A ROTHERHAM man has been charged with murdering a Sheffield father-of-three.

Caine Gray (27), of Treeton, has been charged with the murder of Jarvin Blake this morning (Thursday) along with three other men – Josiah Foster (26), of the Manor, Lewis Barker (26), of Parson Cross and Devon Walker (24), of Burngreave. 

Walker is also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The four men were arrested earlier this year after Mr Blake (22) was stabbed to death in Burngreave on Thursday, March 9.

The men will appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court at the next available hearing.

Det Chief Insp Steve Handley said: “This has and continues to be a complex and detailed investigation and I’d like to thank Jarvin’s friends and family for their support and patience while we’ve continued with our enquiries.
