“Satisfaction levels with repairs are very high but we want to look in more detail on ways the appointment and communications process could be strengthened and improved.”

Tenant scrutiny panel chairman David Ramsden added: “We are really keen to get tenants views on the appointment, communication and customer journey for repairs.”

The meeting takes place between 10am and 1pm on Thursday, November 30, at Springwell Gardens Community Centre on Eastwood View.

The formal business takes place in the first hour and a buffet lunch will be provided after the workshops. Book a place by calling 01709 268515 or emailing [email protected].
