Rotherham ‘citizens’ can still apply for free training programme

A FREE training programme kicking off with a four-day course next week is still open to applications.

Voluntary Action Rotherham and Rotherham United Community Sports are coordinating the Active Citizens Programme in Rotherham.

The programme, funded by the British Council, is open to anyone over 18 and includes the possibility of travelling to a study visit and organising a community project.

The course runs from next Tuesday to Friday at the New York Stadium, with lunch and refreshments provided.
