Star Lounge, on High Street in Rawmarsh, closed its doors on Monday and announced on its Facebook page that all of its staff would be getting tested as a precaution.

In a statement on its Facebook page, the pub said the customer had been in on Saturday evening.

“We have used the track and trace system to contact everyone we can, however, if you haven’t received a message we would advise [you] to get tested as a precaution,” said the statement.

“All members of staff are also now being tested.

“All being well we’ll see you on Friday.”

The business previously closed its doors for a deep clean in July after another customer tested positive for Covid-19.
