Rain damaged road to be resurfaced
Extensive road works are due to start this week on a well-used road in Rotherham that has been closed because of severe weather damage.
Long Lane, which links Treeton with West Bawtry Road, has been closed since last Friday.
It follows prolonged periods of rainfall caused surface damage to a 100-metre length of the road.
