Railway walk invitation

PARTICIPANTS in a special railway walk taking place this weekend are promised extensive views across the Don Valley along the route.

People have the chance to put their best foot forward on the walk on November 7, which will start from the Chapel on the Bridge and continue along public footpaths and trails from Rotherham to Meadowhall via Scholes, Thorpe and Hill Top with extensive views across the Don Valley.

The meeting place for the start of the walk is Rotherham Central Station, at 10.10am.

All are welcome on the walk, which is free, although fares apply.
