Raid on neighbouring homes uncovers £500,000 of cannabis
A MAN has been arrested after police raided two homes on the same street yesterday (Thursday) and uncovered £500,000 worth of cannabis.
Police searched the properties on Henley Grove Road, Masbrough, at around 8.30pm as part of a pre-planned operation.

Hide AdAround 500 cannabis plants were found and a 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis and is currently being questioned by police.
Det Sgt Iain Martin said: “Yesterday’s operation was part of our ongoing work in Rotherham to tackle drugs and organised crime.
“We will continue to target and dismantle this dangerous and illegal activity not only across Rotherham but across the force as a whole.”
