Quad bike among arson targets

A QUAD bike, grass and a bin were all targeted overnight by arsonists.

Firefighters from Cudworth station attended a deliberate grassland fire at 8.30pm yesterday on Dovecote in Wombwell.

The crew left the scene at 9.35pm.

A quad bike was deliberately set on fire at 10.55pm on Grange Lane, Maltby.

Firefighters from Maltby station attended the incident and were there until 11.15pm.

Two fire crews from Aston and Birley Moor stations were called out to a deliberate bin fire at 1.15am on Alderson Close, Swallownest.

The crews came away at 1:35am.
