By Gareth Dennison | 05/05/2017
A FRACKING firm will hold a public event in Harthill ahead of submitting a planning application to begin drilling.
Ineos Shale wants to extract samples of rock to analyse the potential for extracting gas from under land off Common Road.
A spokesman said: “To allow us to gather as much feedback as possible, we are holding a public exhibition, which will will give the community a chance to ask out team questions and make their views known.”
The event takes place on Thursday (11) from 2pm to 7.30pm at the village hall on Winney Hill.
