It read: "We will be closed for 72 hours for a precautionary deep clean as a customer that has been in over the weekend has tested positive for Covid-19.

"We have used the track and trace system to contact everyone we can, however, if you haven’t received a message we would advise to get tested as a precaution. All members of staff have now also being tested."

The pub is hoping to reopen after the weekend.
