Prince Edward makes flying visit to town charity

PRINCE Edward paid a flying visit to Rotherham to check out the work of some local heroes.

The Earl of Wessex visited Rotherham Ethnic Minority Alliance at the Unity Centre in St Ann’s.

A REMA spokesperson said the Queen’s youngest son had visited our its advice services team, Unity foodbank and the Kashmir Yemeni older people’s forum.

The earl, whose helicopter was spotted in Clifton Park, went on to the Manvers premises of Bluetree Group.

The company refitted its factory during the pandemic to provide protective equipment and face masks.
