Police set up online form to report Covid-19 guidance breaches

A NEW online form has been created to enable people to report Covid-19 guidance breaches to the police.

The form has been created following the Goverment's lockdown measures, announced on Monday, in a bid to help stop the spread of the disease.

"There may be times where you know people and organisations may fail to comply with these measures, said a police spokeswoman,

"To assist you in reporting these breaches to the police, we have created a dedicated reporting form on our website.

"This form should be used to provide information on where breaches are occurring in South Yorkshire.

"This will allow us to respond in line with the powers and legislation provided to police."

Do not call 101 or 999 to report these breaches, unless it is an emergency or you need a police response.

The form can be found on the police website via https://www.reportingcrime.uk/SYPBreachOfCovid19Guidance/
