Police probe after 'suspicious' Denaby death

POLICE have launched an investigation after a man was found dead in a property in Denaby.

Officers were called to Craganour Place, Denaby, on Sunday evening, after receiving calls of concern for the welfare of the man, a police spokeswoman said.

They found the body of the 51-year-old at the property, she added.

“The man has not yet been formally identified and a post mortem examination is yet to take place,” said the spokeswoman.

“The man’s death is currently being treated as suspicious and an investigation is underway.”

Anyone with any information is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 422 of December 14.
