It is understood that Pamela attended an event at Ice Sheffield with friends from Sheffield College on December 19.

Superintendent Paul McCurry said: “We currently have officers trawling CCTV footage from the venue in the hope that it has captured Pamela and we can share this with you.

“We know there were many young people at the event last month and my appeal today is to you. Did you see Pamela there? Did you talk to her, or see what time she arrived and left? Was she with anyone?

“Did you take any photos or videos while you were at the event, which may show Pamela? If you think you did, please submit this material to police so we can review it as part of our ongoing investigation.”
