Police in CCTV appeal after Rotherham town centre assault

POLICE want to speak to a man captured on CCTV as part of their investigation into a serious assault outwide a town centre pub.

A 48-year-old man suffered serious facial injuries after being punched, a spokeswoman said.

“It was reported that a disturbance took place outside the County Borough pub on Bridgegate at around 7.45pm on Saturday, March 23,” she said.

“Officers want to speak to the pictured man as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.”
