A TEENAGER was cut with a knife in an alleged fight in Rotherham in the early hours of this morning (Friday).
Officers are hunting for the men who were involved in the incident on Canklow Road at 1.14am, a police spokeswoman said.
One of the men involved used a knife to hit the teenager (19) over the head, causing a cut to his face, said the spokeswoman.
He received medical treatment at the scene.
Rotherham Det Insp Lee Wilson said: "Our officers remain in Canklow Road this morning carrying out forensic enquiries.
"We are also conducting work to trace the other men believed to be involved.
"If you witnessed the incident, or hold any information which could help us progress our investigation, please contact police on 101.”
