Police helicopter tracks down off-roading HGV driver
A HGV driver who went off-road after failing to stop for officers and crashed into a tree was unearthed by a police helicopter this morning.
The HGV driver thought they had given officers the slip when they went off-road at around 4.37am today (Wednesday).
However, the driver collided with a tree and the vehicle and both occupants were found by the police helicopter.
