Plea after Mexborough man vanishes
POLICE have appealed for help tracing a man who has been missing from his Mexborough home for more than a week.
Leigh Staniforth (39) went into Mexborough town centre on Friday night, May 7, with friends.
He was seen leaving the Boy and Barrel pub on the High Street at about 1.50am, and
CCTV shows him walking to Bank Street with another man.

Hide AdHe then continued alone in the direction of Doncaster Road, towards his home, but he never arrived and has not been seen since.
Mr Staniforth, also known by the nickname Stan, is described as 6ft tall and slim with short black hair and a ruddy complexion.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a lightly-striped white t-shirt, red zip-up jacket and glasses.
