ROTHERHAM United boss Paul Warne is in the running for the Sky Bet League Manager of the Month Award for November.
Warne is among four nominations and the winner will be announced on Friday.
The Millers chief is up against Wycombe Wanderers' Gareth Ainsworth, Graham Coughlan of Bristol Rovers and Portsmouth's Kenny Jackett who was in charge at AESSEAL New York Stadium for a brief spell in 2016.
Today's Sky Bet citation for Warne says: "He kept faith with his players and his beliefs when his side stuttered earlier in the season.
"November was when the results began to turn with three victories from four games as Rotherham climbed into the play-off places."
During the month, Rotherham won 3-0 at Gillingham, 1-0 at home to Accrington Stanley and 3-2 away to MK Dons before losing out 3-2 at Portsmouth.
