Passengers checked by medics after car flipped in crash

Police said there were no serious injuries after the collision involving a Seat Ibiza and Renault Captur.

Officers attended at 10.44am on Saturday and closed a stretch of Bawtry Road until noon.

A spokeswoman said: “It was reported that two cars had collided, with one of them flipping over as a result. 

“No serious injuries were reported, however an ambulance was on the scene, and passengers of both vehicles were taken to hospital as precautionary measures.”
