Parliament on lockdown after "gunshots" heard
PARLIAMENT is on lockdown after reports of shots being fired close to the Palace Westminster.
Politicians and journalists said there had been loud crashes outside the Houses of Parliament.
There are also reports of people injured on Westminster and a spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said the force was “aware of the incident”.
Rotherham MP Sarah Champion said four shots had been fired outside Parliament.
