Park users condemned after leaving trail of litter
SUN-WORSHIPPING park users were branded a disgrace for leaving a skate park scattered with litter.
Public spaces were popular yesterday as lockdown restrictions were eased.
Orchard Park in Brinsworth (pictured) was left strewn with rubbish.
One resident, who asked not to be named, said: “Absolute disgrace - massive group of kids hanging around the skate park yesterday.
“Thanks for all the rubbish and broken glass you left behind.
“Now the children can’t enjoy it.
“Avoid Orchard Way park today – there’s glass even in the grass on the field.”
