Jaguar Estates has been given permission to raze former communications base Farfield House, off Moorgate Road.

A previous application to build four homes on the site was approved for Yorkshire Ambulance Service in 2011 but the permission has expired.

A Jaguar spokesman said: “The building is a single storey, 1970s or 1980s, of no architectural merit.”
