Nominate your Rotherham NHS hero
PATIENTS are being asked to nominate health workers for an award.
Users of services provided by Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) are being urged to choose a member of staff or a team for the Quality Care Award, which is part of the organisation’s staff annual awards ceremony.
The closing date for entries is October 10 at 5pm.
Patients can telephone Kay Batty to make a nomination on 01302 796017 or email email@example.com.
Kay Batty, RDaSH’s event organiser, said: “This is an award that the Trust presents to an individual or team that has shown an exceptionally caring, supportive and compassionate service to patients, their families and friends.”
