Natalie's marathon appeal up and running

LONDON Marathon hopeful Natalie Lowe is up and running in her bid to get to the start line.

The Kimberworth Striders member (pictured) has pledged to raise £2,100 in sponsorship for the Institute of Cancer Research after bagging a place in next year’s race.

She raised £205 with a coffee morning and afternoon at Mowbray Gardens Library in East Dene, including a cake sale, tombola and raffle.

Natalie, of East Dene, is also holding a charity dance night at the Forty Martyrs church in Wingfield on December 1 at 7pm.

Everyone is welcome and a professional tutor will be on hand to give out tips.
