Naked woman filmed by secret camera

Brett Rourke (39) appeared before magistrates in Exmouth, Devon, on Tuesday and admitted using the camera at a property in the town to film a naked woman while he was staying at her home.

Rourke, of Robinets Road, Wingfield, admitted two charges of voyeurism to obtain sexual gratification committed in March 2019.

The court heard the images were found on his laptop.

The camera had been set up by the stairs leading to the bathroom and the images showed the victim naked and holding a towel. 

Rourke will be sentenced by a court in Sheffield later this month after a probation report is prepared which includes all options, including custody.
