Mystery attic fire in Conisbrough

FIRE crews tackled a house blaze in Conisbrough on Friday (27) night.

Staff from Edlington, Rotherham and Dearne stations were called to Ivanhoe Road at about 9.50pm.

They remained at the scene for one hour — all occupants were accounted for and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire has not yet been established, said a fire service spokesman.
