Motorist stopped over dubious driving arrested after police find drugs

The motorist was pulled over after being spotted driving in a dubious way by cops who then found a stash of cannabis in his car.

A police spokesperson said: "The manner of driving caught our eye, that along with the driver showing to be disqualified and vehicle showing no insurance.

"So he decided to do the right thing and stop for our officers.

"We also found that the driver was in possession of a little black bag, which on further inspection contained a large quantity of cash and 62 bags of cannabis."

The driver was arrested for possession with intent to supply along with disqualified driving and no insurance and the vehicle was seized.
