Our stories last week about the deal for a new Millers stadium on the former Guest and Chrimes site brought the following reponse from readers.
What Tony Stewart has done, not only for the football club but also the town, is truly tremendous.His enthusiasm initially to save the club and then to give the townspeople a fantastic stadium that will be a focal point has been unbelievable.
After previous disastrous fiascos, over the last decade, he has clearly picked up the gauntlet and been positive in everything he has done.
He fully deserves to be given the freedom of the town.
