They have extended their "platinum partnership" with apprenticeships provider 3aaa for a further two years.

The deal will see the 3aaa branding once again displayed on the back of the away shirt for the next two seasons.

The agreement, which also includes other commercial opportunities with the club, ensures the national business, with their UK head office in Derby, remains an ongoing key partner to the Millers.

3aaa specialise in the delivery of apprenticeships in IT, digital and social media and accountancy and have over 40 Academies across the UK, the closest in Sheffield, and have jobs immediately waiting for young people aged 16-24 wanting to start their careers and earn whilst they learn.

Millers commercial director Steve Coakley said: "We have been very proud of our partnership with 3aaa which has thrived over the past four years.

"They are now firmly part of our commercial wing at Rotherham United and their branding, whether on the back of the away shirt or the naming rights to the 3aaa Boardroom at the stadium, has become synonymous with the club.

"I am thrilled that we have agreed a two-year extension and we are looking forward to again working with Peter Marples and his colleagues at 3aaa on continued projects."

Peter Marples, co-owner of 3aaa, added: "It is beneficial for us in business but equally this is a very friendly club to work with. The introduction of the apprenticeship levy on April 1 presents a huge opportunity for business in the South Yorkshire area."
