Miliband joins by-election fight

LABOUR leader Ed Miliband was on the campaign trail in Rotherham today supporting by-election candidate Sarah Champion.

The Doncaster North MP joined the party’s hope for the Rotherham seat vacated by Denis MacShane and visited Rotherham College of Arts and Technology to meet college apprentices working towards bricklaying and carpentry qualifications.

They went on to meet members of the public and stallholders in the town centre’s indoor market.
