Mexborough road closed as emergency services attend drug raid
EMERGENCY services are currently at the scene of a drugs raid in Mexborough.
Police executed the drugs warrant at the Park Road property at 7am this morning (Wednesday), said a police spokesman, and the road is currently closed.
South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue was called to assist at 8.15am and there is one engine from Dearne station and three specialist vehicles at the scene.
A fire service spokeswoman said there was "no risk to the public".
