Men arrested on suspicion of sex trafficking

TWO men were arrested in Bradford as part of an investigation into child sex abuse in Rotherham.

The pair — arrested at separate addresses — were held on suspicion of trafficking girls for sexual exploitation.

The offences are believed to have involved two girls aged 16 and 17.

Nine arrests have now been as part of the National Crime Agency’s ongoing Operation Stovewood, which is exploring non-familial abuse between 1997 and 2003.
