Man’s leg injured during “assault in Catcliffe car park"

OFFICERS in Rotherham are appealing for witnesses after a 20-year-old man received “sustained injuries” to his leg following a reported assault in a car park.

 

It is alleged that the man and a 52-year-old woman were assaulted by an unknown man in the Boundary Mills carpark on Poplar Way, Catcliffe.

The 20-year-old man sustained injuries to his leg during the incident at around 10.15am on Friday, May 6.

Anyone who witnessed the assault or has information that can assist officers with their enquiries is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 269 of 6 May 2022.
