Man released in flats body probe
A MAN found in a Rotherham street died from “catastrophic” head injuries, a post mortem examination has revealed.
The 42-year-old’s body was found outside flats in Bridge Street, Swinton, at 11.30pm on Sunday.
A police spokeswoman said: “Detectives investigating the death have now referred the case to the coroner as the circumstances of the death are not thought to be suspicious.”
A 30-year-old man who was helping with inquiries has been released.
