Man detained under Mental Health Act following Masbrough incident
A MAN was detained under the Mental Health Act following an incident involving the emergency services in Masbrough.
A police spokesman said a man was "on a roof" and there were concerns for his welfare.
A fire crew was also called to Station Road at 7.30am this morning, said a South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue spokeswoman.
An eye-witness said Masbrough Street was closed up to Victoria Street and buses were being diverted.
