Man arrested for immigration offences after raid in Eastwood

Officers carried out a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act on Grosvenor Road at 8.30am yesterday (Wednesday), a police spokesperson said.

A man (31) was arrested on suspicion of immigration offences, added the spokesperson.

No drugs were found at the property.

Enquiries are ongoing, the spokesperson said.
