Man appears in court charged with rape
A MAN has appeared in court charged with raping a woman.
Marek Bogdan (44), of Bethel Road, Rotherham, appeared at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (28) charged with raping a woman in August last year in Rotherham.
The case was sent to Sheffield Crown Court where Bogdan will next appear on September 25.
He was granted unconditional bail.
