Maltby man found guilty of sexual assault
A MATLBY man has been found guilty of attacking and sexually assaulting a woman.
A MAN has been found guilty of attacking and sexually assaulting a woman.
Philip Jones (67), of Carr Lane, Maltby, was convicted at a trial at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court last Thursday of assault and sexual assault against the same woman in September last year.
He was found not guilty of a further charge of sexual assault against the same victim.
Jones was released on unconditional bail and is due to be sentenced on May 30 at Sheffield Magitsrates’ Court.
