M1 to be closed overnight next week
THE M1 motorway will be closed overnight next week as works to upgrade it to a “smart motorway” near completion.
The northbound entry slip at junction 33 at Catcliffe will be closed overnight on Monday, May 15 and Tuesday, May 16.
And on Friday, May 19 the southbound carriageway will be closed between the exit and entry slip roads at junction 33.
The southbound exit slip road at junction 30 near Barlborough on Thursday, May 18 and 19.
Closures will be in place from 8pm until 6am and diversions will be signposted.
