Lorry fire in Wath was accidental

A LORRY fire in Wath last night (Tuesday) was started accidentally.

Two crews from Dearne station were called to the accidental HGV fire on Station Road at 9.25pm, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.

The firefighters put out the blaze using two hose reel jets and left the scene at 10.05pm, they added.
