Life-threatening head injuries after Canklow incident
A 38-year-old man was taken to hospital with life-threatening head injuries after a disturbance at Canklow.
Police were called to Town Street at about 7.15pm on Saturday.
A force spokeswoman said: “A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of wounding and has since been bailed.”
The 38-year-old remains in hospital this afternoon (Wednesday), she added.
