Lauren goes totally tropical to win nail contest

THIS striking rainforest look scooped student Lauren Sharpe the top prize in a beauty therapy contest.

Level 3 students at Dearne Valley College were tasked with creating a themed design and costume for 3D acrylic nails.

Lauren (25), of Kilnhurst, won a range of Nail Systems International products for her tropical look.

Beauty therapy tutor Claire Mynett said: “The students have all worked really hard to create their 3D nails.

“There have been some really creative designs. All the students have put a lot of time and effort into creating some fantastic designs.”
