Last-ditch appeal for photos of old Westgate pubs

Chantry Brewery is appealing for the pictures to include in a collection focused on the alehouses of the Westgate.

The list of pubs which have operated in the area over the years includes the Ship Hotel, Station Hotel, Baths Inn, Wellington Inn, Prince of Wales Feathers/New York Tavern, White Swan, Travellers Inn, Cutlers Arms (pictured), Hope and Anchor, The Little Swan, The Three Horseshoes, The Duke of York, The Barrel, Alma Tavern, Lenningham, The True Briton Inn, The Dusty Miller and the West End Hotel.

Time is running out to get your photos in because the book is due out next month, so Chantry is asking for contributions by this Saturday.
