The glitzy event at The Trades, tonight at 7.30pm, will feature singing, dancing, drag and burlesque, with proceeds going to Rotherham Pride.

Triple Threat Burlesque will be joined by guitarist Nic Harding, saxophonist Sarah Potts, crooner Stevie Moore, drag king Jack Strap and drag queen Cherry Ryder.

Improv troupe Sturike Comedy will bring the laughs, while community group RotherHop — whose new home is The Trades — will supply some inspiring swing dance.

All will appear at the Greasbrough Road venue tonight when Pride merchandise and glitter facepainting will also be on offer.

Tickets cost £5 each — money raised will help to put on LGBT+ celebration Pride 2018, which takes place on July 14.

The annual event sees people stand together against hate and discrimination towards LGBT+ individuals.

The fun summer festival will feature live entertainment, stalls and workshops for all ages.
