Landlord clears same rubbish twice in four days

A LANDLORD cleared this furniture from outside a property twice in four days — after it was dumped by two different tenants.

The mess in Eastwood (pictured) was reported last Friday (27) and Rotherham Borough Council informed the owner.

He put the furniture — left out by a departing tenant — back inside the Selwyn Street property.

But he received another phonecall from RMBC earlier this week after the new tenant decided to leave the items outside too.

A council spokeswoman said the matter had been resolved and there was no need for enforcement.
