Knife found on Greasbrough youth by police

THIS blade (pictured) was confiscated from a young person yesterday (Tuesday) as part of South Yorkshire Police’s week-long crackdown on knife crime.

The knife was found on a young person in Greasbrough by officers from Rotherham Central Neighbourhood Policing Team

The force’s week-long campaign — which ties in with the national Operation Sceptre initiative — aims to reduce knife crime through enforcement, action and education.
