Kitchen fire at Eastwood

Two crews from Rotherham station attended Selborne Street, shortly before 12.10pm.

A pan had been left on a cooker hob, causing smoke damage, a fire service spokesperson said.

Firefighters from Dearne station attended a deliberate car fire at Mexborough yesterday morning (Sunday).

The incident involved a Vauxhall Astra and the crew was at Lynwood Drive for half an hour from 2.50am.
